"California would be the fifth largest economy in the world if it were an independent nation," Ware noted, underscoring the state's influence.
A cornerstone of Ware's platform is community building through mutual aid and direct action, inspired by the Black Panthers' survival programs. He aims to transform the Green Party with a strong focus on addressing issues affecting communities of color, including explicit support for reparations.
