Human Empowerment Radical Optimism (H.E.R.O.) Tent is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in San Jose, California, founded in the summer of 2020 as a direct response to the George Floyd uprising. We are a passionate abolitionist mutual aid organization dedicated to re-imagining community safety and pushing radical systemic change on the local level.
